Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with DermaKB™. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final.
No Returns or Refunds
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed and shipped. This policy applies to all DermaKB™ products.
Because our products are personal care items, we cannot restock or resell returned items.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged during shipping, we may offer a replacement only if Shipping Protection was selected at checkout.
To request a replacement, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and include:

Your order number

Photos of the damaged product

Photos of the shipping packaging
Once the issue has been verified, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent.
Orders Without Shipping Protection
If Shipping Protection was not selected at checkout, we cannot guarantee replacements for items damaged during shipping.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
